Whitney is the newest member of The Arnold Group, just joining the team in June 2015.

As a native of Tyler, Texas, Whitney grew up in a multi-generational military family where both parents served in the Navy. She is the oldest of four sisters, which taught her the importance of floor plan and functionality of home living spaces, especially in a household of girls.

Having relocated to Abilene four years ago with her husband’s company, on short notice, Whitney understands first-hand the pressures involved in the relocation process and how to help you find the right home in the Big Country. She considers being new to the Abilene community an asset to homebuyers and sellers because she has bought and sold homes in multiple markets across The Lone Star State. She would love to help you buy or sell your next home with a fresh perspective.

Before moving to Abilene, Whitney served in the Texas National Guard and Army Reserve, where she was honorably discharged in 2011. Being in the military, Whitney gained discipline, work ethic and the confidence to tackle any challenge, making her successful in all her endeavors. She has the knack to work with all types of personalities. Being a part of a military family, she understands the time constraints and complexity of moving on schedule. She has also worked in medical and day spas and played an active role in her local community in East Texas. She received her esthetician license from San Jacinto College and owned her own business, About Face.

Upon moving to Abilene, Whitney jumped right in and began volunteering at Christian Homes and Family services as a maternity mentor for mothers placing their babies up for adoption allowing her to understand complex paperwork and contracts. She currently is a member of the Abilene Chamber of Commerce Young Professionals and serves on the Wylie Youth Football and Cheer board where two of her sons play football and attend school in the Wylie district. Giving back to the local community is an important priority to Whitney.

As a realtor, Whitney has an eye for interior design, home staging and marketing design. She is always looking for new and innovative ways to market and sell and is excited to bring these talents, skills and energy to help you in your next home buying or selling experience. She is an over-achiever and will work hard to get the results you desire. It’s more than buying or selling a home, it’s about helping others and gaining a new friend in the process.

Whitney’s hobbies and interests include crafting, decorating, camping, hunting, swimming, cake baking and decorating, photography, riding horses and spending time with her family and friends.

She is married to Billy Donn Holcomb and has three sons – Coy Wayne (10), Cooper (7) and Sterling (20 months). She has one stepdaughter, Makenzie (13).
